First Stop, Tortola!

After all your pre-planning and anticipation, the first taste of the British Virgin Islands will be Tortola. After clearing customs and immigrations, your Island Time Charter captains will be there to welcome you to the islands and your charter boat for the upcoming week. Once settled into your quarters, you will just have time to catch the Sunset over the Great Thatch while having dinner and cocktails at Pusser’s at Soper’s Hole.

Tortola is largest in the chain of islands that represent the British Virgin Islands. It is just not home of the Capital of the British Virgin Islands, but is the home to the charter boat capital of the Caribbean. The terrain of Tortola is mountainous with miles of curved driven roads, national parks, and some of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean.

Accommodations:

Sebastian’s on the Beach. It’s a small hotel on the beach with clean rooms, a beautiful beach, pool, nice restaurant and offers that prefect sunset.

Nanny Cay. Nanny Cay’s hotel offers 40 air-conditioned rooms with cable television. The accommodation, comprising standard studios, deluxe studios and a deluxe suite, were completely refurbished in 2010. The hotel is a popular choice for tourists, charter and marina guests. There is also a beautiful beach, pool, restaurants and offers another place for catching a prefect sunset.
